Action Forest

Join us on an adventurous journey through the treetops of the Upper Black Forest: on five courses of varying difficulty, you’ll tackle exciting challenges as you make your way from tree to tree. You’ll be secured at all times by our equipment and guided by qualified instructors. Let’s go!

Adventure Courses

We have six different adventure courses, all situated in the picturesque setting of Hirschbühl on Lake Titisee. Once you have collected your equipment from our log cabin, you’ll walk along the Action Forest trail, where you’ll be given information about the natural surroundings and how the park works. On the practice course, you’ll complete a comprehensive safety briefing before heading out onto the adventure courses.

Light green: With ten easy obstacles, beginners can easily navigate this course at a height of between 4 and 6 metres. Even children as short as 1.10 metres – when accompanied by an adult – can tackle this course with ease.

Dark green: A small step up. At a height of 5 to 8 metres, there are challenges that demand a little more balance, coordination and courage.

Blue: The blue course takes you one step closer to the treetops. At a height of 10 metres and featuring tricky elements, it requires inner calm, strength and the courage to take that extra step. This course is open to children over 1.30 metres tall when accompanied by an adult.

Red: Our highlight for anyone who’s only been ‘warming up’ so far. This course is challenging and requires concentration, strength and stamina, as well as courage. Can you keep your balance? Give it a go! It’s well worth it! At a height of 10 to 14 metres, you’ll experience the forest from a completely new perspective. The minimum height for this course is 1.60m (12 years).

Grey: Height: up to 16 metres Minimum height: 1.60 m Difficulty: difficult

Black: The ultimate challenge awaits you right at the end. This is where you’ll need strong nerves and a cool head. You’ll be moving at dizzying heights of up to 18 metres above the ground. You’ll tackle these 15 obstacles with concentration and sheer strength. A magnificent experience in the natural forest! The minimum height requirement for this course is 1.60 metres (ages 16 and over).

For those who love a bit of a balance act, there’s also a slackline park with 12 different slacklines.
