Downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in the Vosges

The Lac Blanc

The Le Lac Blanc ski resort in the Vosges, with its 14 kilometres of slopes and eight lifts, is a smaller resort that is particularly recommended for day trippers and families. There are 7 easy slopes (5 green and 2 blue) available for beginners and families. Intermediate and advanced skiers can tackle 6 red and 1 black run. The ski resort is divided into Lac Blanc 900 and the higher-altitude Lac Blanc 1200.

For freestylers, there is an airbag freestyle zone in the lower part of the resort, at Lac Blanc 900. Here, after practising jumps, you land safely on the large airbag. There is also a permanent 300-metre-long boardercross course and a snow park. The snow park features, among other things, 6 easy and intermediate tables as well as various boxes.
Activities for children

For children aged four and over, there is a 1-hectare beginners’ area where they can practise their first turns under the professional guidance of the ski school. There is also a crèche available from Monday to Friday for children aged between 3 months and 6 years. The ski kindergarten is open from 6.30 am to 7 pm. Furthermore, there are two toboggan runs at Le Lac Blanc, which are particularly popular with children.

Off the slopes

Cross-country skiers can enjoy a total of 78 kilometres of trails for both classic and skating techniques. There is a dedicated cross-country skiing area here, the Nordic Park, which has been awarded the "Nordique France" quality label.
The ski resort also features a 1-kilometre winter walking trail and 30 kilometres of snowshoe trails.
